If Advance salary Paid to my Employee so should I deduct TDS and Professional tax on Advance salary ?

Salary is exempt form GST. check schedule 3
but deduct the TDS if income is taxable in income tax
but deduct the TDS if income is taxable in income tax

Sir Estimated salary per year of Rs. 475000/- and Advance salary Paid 85000/-
