I am a government employee and i have received conveyance allowance of Rs 85000 from my employer and i have spend the same.is it taxable or not

It is exempted under section 10(14) to the extent of amount spent towards perfomance of duties.

No, Conveyance/Travelling Expenses for Office Work is Not Taxable. 1600 Per Month limit is for Personal Conveyance not used for office work purpose.
