Salary

dear sir , in pvt company provide some expenses such as petrol, travelling,food for employees. in my doubt is which expenses company take and which expenses is taxable for employees.             

                          simply i say is in employee which allowance is taxable & non taxable , simalirly which expenses take companies? pls help me
