pls clarify that if an individual is having membership number and is serving a job in a company in india (say e.g tcs) can he join a netwok of ca firms or can a network be started by him with a ca firm/prop.

A CA can do job as well as can be partner in a partnership Firm.
He can apply for COP, however his status of COP will be parttime and he is not allowed for certification or attesttation function.
