We have imported certain goods and paid the customs duty and sold the material in domestic market after charging CST, did we entitled to refund of whole SAD paid at the time of clearing or goods or only CST part ?

only CST part.

yes, you are entitled to take refund of SAD for the portion and to the extent realting to the sale of your imported  goods provided that CST has been paid on the sold goods.

No, you are entitled to take refund for the part of CST paid on the goods. SAD refund is given on the goods on which CST has been paid.

Yes we have paid both SAD and CST, we have sold the entire goods imported after paying customs duty, e.g. we have paid SAD for Rs. 100/- and paid CST of Rs. 50/-, now are we entitled to refund of Rs. 100/- or Rs. 50/- ?

Dear sir,

You are eligible for the Rs.100/- and please note you have to consider quantity sold against which you have paid VAT/CST for SAD refund irrespective of VAT/CST amount.
