Sad 4% refund

Is Dripper are allowed to take benefit of SAD. Because when we sell the final product Drip line which is in-cooperating the Dripper.

We undertake that certain activities like embedding the dripper in drip line through Extrusion where it cannot be said that we manufactured a new product by any means, Dripper (Emitters) remain Dripper and by embedding the dripper the product remains the same.

Here we are presenting sales invoice with the same descripttion of B/Entry under the Bill of Material(BOM).

can we claim for Dripper SAD-additonal duty-4%.

we are a manufacture of drip irrigation system. drippers are the inline dripper in dripline. The drippers are going through extruder with other raw material. the drippers are embedded with the lateral pipe as finished goods.

we are claiming SAD (102/2007) for all bought out items. we also want to claim the SAD on Drippers.

in this contention, the dripper are going through the extruder in the manufacturing process but it is not changing its identity or shape or malfunctioned in the manufacturing process.

we also pay CST/VAT of the same. the import and the sales both are mainting the guidelines of 102/2007.

we want to know whether we can claim the benefit on Dripper under noti. of 102/2007.

Dear sir,

If your products Drippers does not changes its identity and if you can produce the local sale invoices with the descripttion as per the Bill of Entry. Then you can claim 4% SAD refund against it.
