AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE THERE IS 1 THUMB RULE -
WHEN BOTH OLD & NEW RATIOS ARE GIVEN, OLD RATIO IS SACRIFICE RATIO ALWAYS.

Sacrificing Ratio = Old ratio-New Ratio
A: - 1/3-1/6 = 1/6
B:-2/3-2/6= 2/6
ANS : 1:2 (D).
