Sabka Vishwas

Dear Experts, I am service taxpayer and providing the repair and maintenance services. My audit has been conducted for the audit period 2014-15 to 2016-17. During the audit I have received 2 memos on dated 06 March 2019. And same para has been validated in month of April MCM. Amount is also quantified in memo/MCM. While SCN is issued on 08 Aug. 2019. Pls suggest can I avail the benifit of Sabka Vishwas 2019.
