Sabka Vishwas
Sir, I am service taxpayer and providing the repair and maintenance services. My audit has been conducted for the audit period 2014-15 to 2016-17. During the audit I have received 2 memos on dated 06 March 2019. And same para has been validated in month of April MCM. Amount is also quantified in memo/MCM. Pls suggest can I avail the benifit of Sabka Vishwas 2019.

If the amount is quantified on or before 30-06-2019, then you can avail the scheme.
