Hi,

Is Auditing Standards (SA 720) applicable to all indian companies? Our is a unlisted public company. What should we keep in mind while preparing the financials of 2011 after the applicability of SA 720 applicable for accounts prepared from 01.04.2010? Plz guide

standards on auditing are not applicable to companies or any enterprise. those are statements to be followed by the auditor and the auditor applies the principles/etc wherever applicable.
