This is regarding late filing of tds statemen. Bombay high court has validated section 234 E. But i think the amount is exorbitant rupees 200 per day.
Secondly the period is too short
It should be at least 6 weeks. CA suresh prabhu railway minister should try it's
best to do the needful .
