If any business which is unregistered he is doing his business in small area and he purchase previous stock from other unregistered business show now how can he show his previous stock in time of registration what will be treatment and is he liable for tax in previous stock

He is not liable to tax for previous stock, neither he will get the ITC as because purchased from unregistered dealer.
