Rumour or Genuine for PE-II?

It was heard that for PE-II students are getting one more attempt in this Nov'10 such that PCC&PE-II will be equal in next attempt (Nov10 is the last attempt for PCC).....

If ICAI again increases PE-2 attempt..............better to convert into IPCC.........

latest news is that Final (old) course's NOV'10 is the last attempt & clearly mentioned that "no more attempts will be given" need to switch over to new course.......
