Rules for Exemption in IPCC

Dear Experts,

I passed CPT in June 2009 and gave my first attempt of IPCC Gr-I in May-2010. But could not get any exmption.

I'm again planning to write exams in November-2010.

I'm preparing only for Law and Taxation,  I would like to get exemption in these 2 exams for this attempt.

I know that getting more than 60 marks in a subjects will give an exemption. Are there any other rules to get minimum marks in other papers as well and candidate has to attend all the exams like that.  Please clarify all these doubts.

Will be eagerly waiting for your response.

For a exemption in IPCC exams, there are two elligibility criteria

first, you have to be appearde in all the exams of a group, suppose you got 60 or more marks in "INCOME TAX AND VAT" , So, if you want to avail the facility of exemption in the above income tax subject, you have to be first appeared on remaining exams of that group in which that income tax subejct fall. which means a group 1..........and simmilarly if you scored 60 or more marks in two subjects, of group 1 and group 2, then you have to gave all the exams.

but if we filled a form of only one group and we get a 60+ marks in any one subject of that group. and we also appeared for all subjects of that group , then we also elligible na.?

I got exemption in account in my first attempt, in next attempt in cost i got 60 marks can it exemption for me
