After reduction reduction of Central Excise duty from 14% to 10% What is the status of Rule 6(3) (1) of Cenvat Credit Rules,2004?, as we are having an order in hand of exempted goods (by notification).

There is no change in the rule- it stands same. You are required to pay an amount of 10%.
