to avoid this u can pay the cash on sunday or bank holidays. find other loop hole from exceptions to rule 6DD. also u can also save BCTT on cash withdrawals . the cash will be accounted for in books or not while purchase of land
if the transactions are going to be recorded in the books why not you advise the client to make payments through A/c payee cheques
