we normally use to file our Monthly return by next month 7 or 8 and file both Gstr1 & 3B at same time
now as per above rule we have to wait till 10or 11 or last date to know weather all our purchaser have filed returns to get 100% credit which will be cycle for every one or pay huge tax without getting refund.This rule should be relaxed with immediate effect
The r parties who purchase at 18% and supply to govt at 5% in that also tds 2% deducted they r holding credit 7-10 lacs
pl appeal to govt to relax this rule.

Yes you are correct , today only a circular no.123 is issued has further added more complications on the same . The Credit will be available for particular month to Recepient when the supplier has filed the GSTR 1 within due date , .... means if supplier files his return on 12rh of month , the credit for the will be available in next month.
