-Apart from name and place, does it need to have any other details on its rubber stamp?
1. No, need to have authorised signatory mark on rubber stamp of Proprietorship firm.
2. Only Name of firm and place is enough for round stamp. For Propriter sign stamp (Square stamp) than Name with word Propritor' after signing space.
