RTP for may 2013 inter exams are made available in all sales counters of regional offices of ICAI . I bought one from chennai office . seems like even the institute persons are not aware of when it would be uploaded on the website .

This is not fair to the students of distant areas, hope ICAI will upload it soon & give fair opportunity to all students.

I think ICAI will not upload soft copy of RTP for May 2013, even it's too late. So I have ordered online, hope they will despatch it soon.
