Is rtp for finals old syllabus available at cds website for ordering.....?

yes it is available, order it ASAP, the portal will be close later this month for stock taking.

Yes it is available. But the problem is I have not yet received them even after ordering on 5th September 2018.
And yes cds portal will be closed from 21st September to 30th September 2018 on account of half yearly closing.
