Like ICAI, ICSI will not issue any RTPs but u can download question papers of past examination from the following site. https://www.icsi.edu/WebModules/icsiweb/questionpapers.htm . Solved scanners will be available oly in physical form at the institute.

Agreed with Anusha. Go for Reliance scanners. You gets 20+years old suggested answers.
