regarding thr importance, i hv so far seen mixed opinions.....
It is very very very important for tax law papers.
It wil be useful for the taxation and accounts papers and other papers where amendments are a part of the syllabus.
recent RTP is not Important that much.........RTPS of earlier attempts are very imp .........questions are printed as it is !!
