wether certified copies ordered through RTI is subject to verification of marks from ICAI side before despatching the same to the student.
Whether marks can be changed when a student files RTI for certified copies of answer sheet.
Anybody please guide....

No but they send certified copies at nominal price 2 rupees in each copy (each paper)
