Our existing RUN receipt has expired (completed 60 days for name change). Is there any provision under which it can be extended. Our we will have to file new application.
We have already filed MGT 14. Will that have to be filed again.

So does that means we need to pay Rs. 1000 again for another run. There had been no delay anywhere. MGT 14 was filed within 30 days of AGM. It is because MGT 14 has not been approved, we are unable to file INC 24.
Can we raise a complaint related to this or it is compulsory to pay for run again.
Pls clarify

I think INC 24 needs to be filed after approval of MGT -14.. Am I correct in my understanding?
MGT-14 was filed when run request was in approved mode. Within next 3-4 days, 60 days time period got expired.. What are we supposed to do now...Can we put same RUN request number (expired) in INC24 or will have to spend again for a new RUN request.

Hi
While putting RUN receipt number in INC 24, data is not getting pre-filled (proposed name of company). Can it be because, RUN receipt is more than 60 days old. What options are available to us?
Do we have to file another RUN? In that case, do we need to pay again for this new run?
