The provision to purchase Rs. 5000/- goods from a unregistered vender by a registered vender without considering RCM is applicable as Rs. 5000/- each for different unregistered venders or aggregate Rs. 5000/- from all unregistered venders in a day.

Aggregate

Aggregate Rs. 5000/- from all unregistered vendors in a day.

total shoul not more than 5000/- per day

no matter purchase from any one

The 5k ceiling limit is your all expenses/inwards in one day received from Unregistered Dealer... If it's Cash or Bank and Cash & Bank...
Just meaning of URD inwards...
if 5k daily become 150k monthly purchase then how to and where file it in 3B and GSTR 1
and GSTR 2 as well
No need Anywhere...!
then, if sales is to registered dealer then only sales will be filed. any objection or query from GST officer later on
No need objection. Bcoz, the rules and laws are their hand...
Then why he ask...?

if I buy goods Rs.5000/- in a day from unregistered party then RCM not applicable but if I sell those goods then I have to charge GST on sale of those goods from customers or not???

You just add profit and Tax that's all

u mean, I have charge tax on those goods and pay to the govt?

Yes you have to charge GST in invoice & same is required to paid by you.
Yes Exactly.
You charge GST on that goods and Collect then pay to govt after your adjustments...
