Rrefund of tax paid on inward supply of goods for export and deemed export

can a taxable person claim refund of tax paid on purchase of goods for export and deemed export. If yes then how? please give me a reference.

Yes... You get refund for the exported goods purchase tax. This is under Refund head from GST's Refund Rule: Provided further that in case of export of goods, application for refund shall be filed only after the
export manifest or an export report, as the case may be, is delivered under section 41 of the Customs Act,
1962 in respect of such goods
