When i click on create file after filing all relevant details of 24Q but no response from rpu...i uninstalled then reinstalled java, i also redownloaded rpu 4.5 but same .please help me

After submitting the necessary information for the 24Q and clicking "create file," I have yet to get a response from RPU.I have tried reinstalling Java and rpu 4.5 from scratch, but to no avail.Help me, if you can
