Rotation of auditor
if an individual who audit limit of 20 is not over BT he is partner of a firm.... firm has worked as an auditor of a listed company for 10 consecutive years so in this case will d partner b eligible to be appointed as an auditor??

If he is a partner of the firm which is auditor for 10 years, he will also be ineligible. He will contimue to be ineligible for the cooling period even if he resigns thepartnership from this firm after the commencement of Cos act 2013
