I DON'T KNOW ABOUT THIS FORM. BUT I HAVE ONE QUESTION REGARDING FORM 15G THAT WHAT IS THE LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION AND WHERE TO BE SUBMITTED???

I dont know the exact sollution but u can ask this query in the MCA portal after log in and they gives reply of the query within 24 hrs. u will get a ticket no. for ur query.

When this message is displayed that this form has already been filed, there is an option to continue anyway. You can ignore the message and continue to file the form again. I have faced similar kind of problem some time back.

It is not showing proceed anyway only showing already neen filed & then ok.

Barkha u plz check the status of your filling in the "check filling status" under "Annual e filling" option available on the MCA portal.

Khushbu, I have already checked it shows pending action for payment & in case m trying to pay then it shows invalid SRN as it is already expired

WHY YOU ALL CA DO AVERY IMPORTANT WORK AT THE DUE TIME OR DATE..???

Dear Rushabh,

For The Year 2012-13, Form 15G is to be submitted on or before 7th of each succedding month in the month you received.

so dates are already passed.

it is to be submitted to TDS circle, CIT of Deductor Ward.

now you try to submitt, probably they will take the forms.
