Can anyone tell me which form is required to be submitted for filling ROC for Director's Interest Disclosure as per CA 2014 ? It's urgently required as the last date is 31st July. Please help.

Company requires to file resolution taking note of disclosure of interest by director in Form MGT-14 as per section 117(3) of the Companies Act, need not to attach MBP 1 with form.
