Let me know the Filing fees fo FORM 2 with penalty for late filing or the source from which i get this info.

Please see on MCA.GOV.IN you can check panelty and fee. its diff. as per Company Paid up Capital.

Dear Nitin & Ramya,
As Nitin has said, the fees for filing form 2 does not depend upon the paid-up capital of the company at all. Thr normal filing fee is Rs. 500/- only, if filed within 30 days of allotment. Additional fees is charged if the time limit exceeds 30 days.
The filing fees can be checked from the fees calculator service available in the MCA portal in other services option. You simply have to select the Form which you are filing, give the Authorised Capital and the date of alottment. The fees charged is automatically displayed along with normanl as well as additional fees.

Nitin has general answer for all forms and Shivi is particular for the form 2. Agree with both of them
