Can any one tell me that weather any form is to be filled with ROC, when a director is retiring from the Board of Directors.
If a director is retiring then Form 32 is to be filed with ROC.In case he is reappointed there is no need to file any form .
Wether is case of a death of any director we have to file form 32
Ya form 32 is to be filed in this case also.
