Hi

Under companies Act, following compliance must be done as soon as company is formed.

1. Appoint auditors within 30 days

2. Registered office requirement to be complied within 30 days.

3. Opening of bank account

4. Apply for PAN or TAn if required.

5. Arrange the funds towards Paid Up Capital as company is required to have the specified PUC from the first day itself.

6. allotment of shares to subscribers.

7. Maintenance of Statory registers.

I dont see any filing (from company side) with ROC office is required once company is incoporated.

Dear Sudhir, here i would like to discuss that the requirement of Office i.e. to acquire the office is before incorporating the company as while fiing documents ith ROC, we have to provide office address and have to affix the board before the gate of office showing the name of Company as the Certificate of Incorporation is being posted at the office address and if the board is not found i.e. office has not been hired or occupied then there are penalities and imprisonment for Directors and Promoters as per CA 1956

friends ,

this is a private company
