I had file annual return of pvt ltd company and got the chaalan printout as we had make payment offlice. But we didnt make the payment within its expiry date and now as i am filling the Form 23AC and 23ACA again i am nt ablt to prescrutinze the form as it is showing error that this form is already uploaded via PRN No ____. i had downloaded the new form and hav filled the from but again it is showing the same error so can u suggest the solution for it

What i m getting from your query is you have filed Annual return whose challan got expired. So i guess u have already filed Form 23AC and AcA, and u have only problem with 20B. Pl. Clarify it further .........

Once I could not be able to pay the challan well within time and it got expired.
After that i uploaded the form again. It showed me a msg that
"this form is already being files. Do you upload it again ?" I clicked 'yes' and continue to upload the form again.
Its should not like that it is not at all showing the option of uploading the form again. You can try again.
Otherwise you can mail this problem to MCA help desk with your queries.

Agreed with Expert Nidhi.... as per the information provided by you Challan of Annual Return i.e. 20B has expired, so you have to upload Form 20B once again and no need to upload Form 23AC & 23ACA of which i presume the challan has been paid within the prescibed time period.

I thing the problem is, you are not able to prescrutnise any form. Each time when you click for prescrutiny and upload any form for prescrutiny, it shows an error message.
If the problem is this, then you have to creat a new account.
I have also faced same problem which is not solved yet.

if it is like that"THIS FORM IS ALREADY UPLOADED DO YOU WANT TO CONTINUE" then click on OK and continue to upload form.
if u are facing problem under your regiseterd id, wherein u r allowed by the system to file the form, u may open a new a/c with fresh registration in some other name and file the desired form.

I have upload the challan under pay later option of form 23ac & 23aca but have not pay the amount in prescribed time limit. So challan are expire now, how can I pay that amount in this case. Please suggest me.

I have also faced the same problem due to the non payment of challan within the expiry date, I try to file the form but its shows the prescruty error, I tried many times but the problem is same, i talked to MCA Official and they said the MCA E-systems retain the record for a month of the pay later challan after that you can file the form. Also I raised a token on mca about the problem and with 7 days the form is upload sucessfully. So you can try any option as mentioned above.
