INCASE THE COMPANY HAS PASSED RESOLUTION FOR INCREASE IN FACE VALUE IN JAN'10 MONTH BUT FORM TO ROC HAS BEEN FILED IN APRIL'10 THEN WHAT WILL BE THE FACE VALUE FOR BALANCESHEET MAR'10. OLD ONE OR NEW ONE ?

Form No. 23 for registration of resolution. I think resolution passed in Jan month hence i have to consider increased face value for march'10
