actually i was already download and fill the form .

now i am unable upload the form.

try after some time u mi8 b facing this problem coz of server inconvenience...

it is not a problem of uploading the form 

it is a problem of where to upload in mca site.i mean the option of upload is not displaying

so please tell me where can i get it

first u log in by used ID and password in MCA site then upload the form in e-form section. but if u are not registered then first register with ROC site and then upload the form.
