What are the slab rate applicable?
Which ITR should one file if she has just a salary income & is a senior citizen having bank account & a permanent resident in US.

The Tax Slab for the RNOR is same as there is for an ROR.
And ASFAIK there is no difference regarding ITR Froms too. But having a bank account in India is necessary as its details have to be filled in the ITR

Thanks for the reply.
But the difference in the ITR is that in ITR 2 details of assets & bank accounts outside India are asked, which is not asked in ITR 1.
