Risk based Internal Audit

Hello Colleagues,

Risk based Internal Audit is a  buzzword of Audit and Assurance feild today. However, its application in real world situation is something which is not found in materials.I want to know the major risks facing manufacturing industry which should be assessed and how while making risk assessment?
