Dear Expert,
A private company was issued the rights offer (1st Offer) to its shareholders and then company wants to issue another rights offer(2nd Offer) to the shareholders before completion of allotment related to previous offer(i.e 1st Offer). Is company can do so?
Please help us in this regard by sharing the what are all the legal consequences and procedure.
