What do we need to file for submitting Letter of Offer in case of Right Issue, MGT14 OR GNL 2?

For rights issue , letter of offer need not be filed......however as per the provisions of sec 117 read with sec 179, any BR authorising issue of securities have to be filed in form MGT 14.....so if you wish you can file the Letter of offer together with the BR in MGT 14.....
