We are registered to excise as dealer. Most of our purchases are from manufacturers and with excise invoice. Very few material is sold on excise invoice. mostly we sale by TAx invoice.  whether we should enter every purchase invoice in RG23D. or only those invoices against which we are issueing exice modvat copy.
