A person is getting a retention reward from the company of 25% of his ctc... and also a clause that he can’t swich company for a period of 2 years..
If he resigns the person has to repay the amount back to company
My questions is when he is receiving it he will pay 30% tax and the balance only will be actually received by him
My query is if the person resigns , he has to pay back the amount received... Can any rebate be claimed for the tax amount paid ??
