My office is on rent. Owner of the property is Not registered under GST. I am a Regular Dealer under GST. Will I have to deposit GST as Reverse Charge on the rent paid.

Once you are registered, any purchase from unregistered dealer above Rs. 5000 is liable to pay GST under RCM. So, the liability to pay GST under RCM for the rent paid arises over you. You can take ITC of the same, if your supplies are also taxable.

Yes you have to pay under RCM.
The threshold of 20 Lacs is not to be seen in case of RCM.

If its regd firm, it will charge GST from you..
If its unregd, you have to pay under RCM.

Then the office owner will charge GST over rent.
In case of GTA....... if dealer/service receiver is registered, he has to pay GST over GTA under RCM.
