Revocation of cancelled gst registration in second time

my gst was cancelled by department and then i applied revocation for cancellation of registration.  They asked for clarification for revocation. But i did not reply and then the officer was cancelled my registration.  subsequently i saw the portal and again i want to file the revocation after cancellation .  but the system did not allowed to me for file the revocation in second time.  kindly suggest what the remedies if there i retain the existing GST Number?
