RTP IS POSTED BY INSTITUTE FREE OF COST FOR YOUR 1ST ATTEMPT.
THEN AFTER IT CAN BE PURCHASED FROM INSTITUTE.
IT WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER 15TH OF SEPTEMBER 2009 AT INSTITUTE.
