Revision of Tax audit after due date
Can tax audit report be revised after due date is over? if yes, whether the penalty will be applicable?

Yes but report u/s 44 AB can not be revised.

No CA will like to revise accounts and Audit report. it is not impossible but very difficult.
Upto 31st March, revised return can be filed and so audit report accordingly. More info you may get from your tax auditor.

First of all talk with your auditor about revising.
