Revision of Order
In case of an order passed against the assessee and subsequent say after 3 to 4 yrs the same issued arise in some other assessees case in which the supreme court allowed the claim made. So my q is can the assessee revised the order for his own case and if yes till how many years he can do so.??

U/s. 154 of IT act, 4/6 years from the end of year of assessment order (depending upon amount of tax difference being 1 lakh or more)
