Revision of form 1 at mca

check your transaction status regarding FORM ...If u made any mistake then there will be a status showing resubmission of FORM 1with details of error u made....if it is not showing,then wait for ROC of your jurisdiction to update the status..

If status is showing to resubmit the form ,then just click on it ...it will automatically direct to submit the form 1 Online again.....u r no need to pay the fee again..only it ask to resubmit with digital signature again...

Otherwise u can go to services tab..there is a option to resubmission...u can submit the form 1 there also  if it is showing to resubmit the form

U cannot resunmit form 1 once filed.

MCA will ask for resubmissionif subs. page differs......thats sure.

You cannot resubmit any form by yourself... it can only be resubmitted when the ROC mark the form under resubmission.

Yes dats true... whether an appliction to ROC could be made???

u have to file form 67 or resubmit form 1 mentioning srn no. of original form 1.file after login where u have filed form 1.choose resubmission or form 67 upload as the case may be.

Dear, You better go check the status and liaison with concerned ROC, if no user clarification or resubmission is demanded till date.

Sometimes there mistakes are mistakenly ignored by ROC. You better talk to ROC people.
