You can File ADT-2 for removal of such auditors firm.
Sir what if for other mistake like wrong attachments
In my opinion a fresh ADT-1 has to be filed along with correct attachments and a resolution authorising Director to sign the form and stating therein reasons for filing the new ADT - 1.
