Revising etds return- urgent

We have a client, where we need to revise ETDS returns for the period of Oct 2015 to Dec 2015, wherein we need delete and add 4500 line items (Entry’s). We are not getting any solutions from ETDS service provider or Traces (Income tax department) & request you to kindly advise on the same. Our office ETDS software is not supporting for revising the same.
